These Terms apply to cleaning services provided by ASC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By requesting a quote, booking a service, or making payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Quotes & Scope

Quotes are based on the information you provide (service type, bedrooms, bathrooms, condition, access and any add-ons).

If the property condition differs significantly from what was described, the price or time required may change.

Add-ons must be agreed in advance or confirmed on arrival where possible.

2. Access & Utilities

You must provide safe access at the agreed time (keys/codes/parking details as needed).

Hot water and electricity must be available where required for cleaning processes.

3. Customer Preparation

For best results, please:

Clear clutter from surfaces where possible

Secure valuables and fragile items

Inform us in advance of delicate surfaces or special instructions

4. Pets

If pets are present, you must inform us in advance.

Pets must be secured safely so our team can work without disruption or risk.

5. Payments

Payment terms will be confirmed at booking or on the invoice.

Late payments may result in follow-up charges or refusal of future bookings.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible.

Any cancellation fees (if applicable) will be confirmed at booking.

7. Satisfaction

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

If anything has been missed, notify us promptly so we can assess and arrange a resolution where appropriate.

8. Limits

We cannot guarantee removal of all stains, limescale, mould, odours or permanent marks.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

9. Eco-friendly Products

Eco-friendly products are used where suitable and may vary depending on the clean type, surface materials, and required results.

10. Liability

If you believe damage has been caused, report it promptly with photos.

Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, except where prohibited by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
